We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented
Sales Coordinator
to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing sales operations, handling customer inquiries, coordinating sales processes, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams. This role is crucial in maintaining an efficient and productive sales department.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support & Coordination
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
Process orders and track them from initiation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate meetings, sales presentations, and training sessions.
Customer Relations
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and in-person, providing accurate information and support.
Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and after-sales service.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and analyze sales reports to track sales trends and team performance.
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance reports.
Assist in preparing presentations and sales materials for internal and external meetings.
Communication & Collaboration
Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, finance, and logistics teams.
Work closely with management to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
Support the implementation of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in using CRM systems, Microsoft, tally, etc.
Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports.
Work Environment
Full-time position, typically in an office setting.
May require occasional travel for meetings or industry events.
