Key Responsibilities:
Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and related documents.
Maintain and update client databases, sales trackers, and contract records.
Coordinate with production, installation, and operations teams for job scheduling.
Assist the sales team with follow-ups, inquiries, and client communication.
Handle general administrative duties such as filing, documentation, and report preparation.
Support in preparing presentations, project updates, and media site information.
Ensure timely processing of sales orders and internal approvals.
Assist in monitoring site availability, bookings, and media inventory.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Basic understanding of outdoor media operations (preferred).
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support the sales team effectively.

Educational Background:
Any Graduate.
Previous experience in sales support, administration, or related roles is an advantage.
