to support our real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate will assist the Sales Manager in daily tasks, coordinate with clients, and handle administrative duties efficiently. This role requires excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills to help ensure smooth business operations and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Assist the Sales in daily task.
Prepare and maintain sales documentation ei. Reservation form, SPA, Client details, Payment receipt, etc.
Follow up with clients via phone, email, and in-person to nurture leads and support conversions
Help manage sales and client records
Coordinate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and materials
Liaise with brokers, clients, and third-party vendors to support property transactions
Administrative Duties:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, document control, and data entry
Draft and format correspondence, reports, and other documentation
Handle sales incoming calls, and manage emails
Organize and maintain property files, agreements, and client records
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required
Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
1-3 years of experience in administrative or sales support, preferably in real estate
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity
