Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin PA with Accounting Background to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to our team.

Responsibilities:

Administrative:
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents.
  • Maintain and update filing and database systems.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as necessary.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of materials for meetings.
Accounting:
  • Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and records.
