We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin PA with Accounting Background to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to our team.
Responsibilities:
Administrative:
Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents.
Maintain and update filing and database systems.
Monitor office supplies and place orders as necessary.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of materials for meetings.
Accounting:
Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
Prepare and reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and procedures.
Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial documents.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and records.
