Job Description

Title: Admin/Receptionist with Accounting Background Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support:Manage daily office operations, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and maintaining supplies.
Coordinate internal and external communication, including handling phone calls, emails, and mail.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents as needed. Reception Duties:Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional front office environment.
Manage the reception area, including answering and directing incoming calls.
Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain event calendars. Accounting Functions:Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, processing payments, and managing petty cash.
Support the finance team with data entry, record keeping, and preparing financial reports.
Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies in financial records. Customer Service:Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns effectively.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and business partners as required. General Office Management:Ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
Manage office equipment and troubleshoot minor technical issues.
Assist in organizing office events and meetings. Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably with reception duties.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and experience with accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other office management tools.
  • High school diploma; additional qualification in Office Administration or relevant field preferred.
  • An associate\'s or bachelor\'s degree in accounting, business, or related field is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Experience:
