Admin/ Operations Coordinator

Job Description

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing and supervising all day-to-day operational activities across ELV, Automation, Fire Alarm, and Fire Fighting teams. This role includes assigning and following up on technician tasks, coordinating logistics and resources, preparing quotations, evaluating performance, and resolving staff issues. The Operations Coordinator must be an engineer with proven experience in Oman, strong organizational skills, and the ability to ensure efficient service delivery and high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Task Assignment and Supervision



Plan, assign, and follow up on daily tasks for ELV Technicians, Automation Technicians, and Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Technicians. Assess site distances and locations to schedule jobs efficiently and minimize travel time. Monitor progress to ensure timely completion of all work and compliance with project requirements.

2.Team Management and Coordination



Supervise technicians, evaluate their performance, and provide technical guidance as needed. Resolve any operational or personal issues affecting technicians to maintain team productivity and morale. Train technicians to improve skills, ensure safety compliance, and maintain quality standards.

3. Resource and Logistics Management



Oversee allocation and proper use of company vehicles, tools, equipment, and accommodation facilities. Ensure vehicles are maintained in good condition and that staff accommodation meets company policies. Coordinate material and resource requirements with suppliers and internal departments.

4. Reporting, Quotation, and Communication



Prepare and submit accurate quotations, job reports, and operational updates to management and HR. Maintain complete records of technician activities, customer interactions, and resource usage. Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field). Minimum

3-5 years of operational coordination experience in Oman

, preferably in ELV, Fire Protection, or Automation services. Valid

Oman driving license

(mandatory). Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and priorities. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in preparing quotations, reports, and operational documentation. Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO250.000 - RO400.000 per month
