We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Admin Officer

to join our Real Estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, supporting daily operations, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks. Maintain and organize company records, documents, and databases. Assist in preparing contracts, tenancy agreements, and property-related documentation. Coordinate with property management, tenants, and clients for inquiries and requests. Support HR and finance functions with documentation and filing. Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and scheduling of meetings. Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations. Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Minimum 2-4 years of administrative experience (real estate industry preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication (English required, Arabic is a plus). Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate regulations is an advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
