We are looking for an experienced

Admin Officer

to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in real estate administration and a basic understanding of accounts. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee daily administrative operations in the real estate office. Maintain and organize property documents, contracts, and client records. Assist in property listings, documentation, and coordination with agents and clients. Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and petty cash management. Manage office supplies, schedules, and correspondence. Support HR functions, including staff coordination and record-keeping. Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.

Requirements:



Proven experience as an

Admin Officer

in a

real estate company

. Basic knowledge of accounting and financial transactions. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and accounting software. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
