Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Support daily office operations and project documentation.

Maintain records for contracts, permits, and compliance documentation.

Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments.

Prepare reports, quotations, and presentations as needed.

Handle communication and follow-up with clients or site teams regarding administrative matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

3+ years of admin experience in FM or fit-out companies (UAE experience preferred).

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of ERP software is a plus.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and support multiple teams.
