Job Description

We are a growing construction/fit-out company delivering high-quality interior and finishing projects across the UAE. We are looking for an experienced

Fit-out Foreman

to join our team and oversee day-to-day site operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise and coordinate site activities related to interior fit-out works (partition, ceiling, flooring, carpentry, painting, etc.). Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. Assign tasks and guide site workers, subcontractors, and technicians. Monitor materials, tools, and manpower requirements on-site. Enforce health, safety, and company regulations on the site. Report progress, issues, and site updates to the Project Manager/Engineer.

Requirements:



Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as a Fit-out Foreman in UAE. Strong knowledge of interior works, finishing, and construction practices. Ability to read drawings and execute works accordingly. UAE driving license (preferred). Good communication and leadership skills.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
