Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Support HR functions including documentation, onboarding, and employee records
Assist with IT / BPO division administrative tasks
Coordinate interviews and recruitment activities
Maintain and update employee databases
Provide general administrative support to the team
Handle communication and correspondence related to HR and IT operations
Requirements:
Female candidate, freshers are welcome
Good communication and organizational skills
Basic understanding of HR and IT / BPO operations preferred
