Admin & HR Officer
to support our Dubai branch in managing administrative tasks and HR operations efficiently.
Main Objective
The main objective of this role is to oversee daily administrative and human resources activities, ensuring smooth office operations, compliance with UAE labor laws, and effective employee support across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Manage recruitment process: posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation.
Coordinate visa processing, renewals, and cancellations with PRO.
Handle payroll preparation and employee benefits in coordination with finance.
Support employee engagement, performance reviews, and training programs.
Administration
Manage office supplies, equipment, and general administrative support.
Maintain vendor relationships and coordinate with service providers.
Handle office correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff when needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
Minimum
2-5 years of HR and admin experience
in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of
UAE labor law and visa procedures
.
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluent in English (Arabic or Chinese is a plus).

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
