We are looking for a highly organized and bilingual
Admin, HR & Accounting Support
professional with excellent
Arabic & English writing and communication skills
.
Key Responsibilities
Administration
Manage daily office operations and correspondence.
Maintain filing systems, records, and office supplies.
Organize meetings, schedules, and follow-ups.
Update and manage data across systems and databases.
HR Support
Assist in recruitment, interviews, and candidate communication.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support onboarding, attendance, and leave tracking.
Assist with payroll updates and HR policy compliance.
Accounting Support
Prepare invoices, receipts, vouchers, and petty cash records.
Enter financial data accurately.
Track monthly expenses and assist in reconciliations.
Coordinate with vendors on invoices and payments.
Translation (English ? Arabic)
Translate documents, contracts, and communication materials.
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and cultural relevance.
Provide bilingual support when required.
Requirements
Excellent command of Arabic & English (written & spoken).
Strong MS Office & Google Workspace skills.
Basic knowledge of HR and accounting processes.
High accuracy, organization, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
