Admin & HR Executive
to support our day-to-day administrative, HR, and coordination tasks.

Dubai, UAE (preference for candidates currently in the Philippines willing to relocate or work remotely initially)

Salary:
AED 2,500-3,500 per month (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily administrative tasks, correspondence, and document filing.
Assist in HR functions such as employee record management, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Support recruitment by posting jobs, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews.
Manage basic accounting and petty cash records (training will be provided if needed).
Coordinate with management for procurement, travel arrangements, and office supplies.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth internal communication.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, HR, or related field preferred).
1-2 years of experience in admin or HR role (UAE experience is a plus).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Honest, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
