We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Executive with an accounting background to support daily administrative and finance operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in P2P processes including invoice tracking, booking, and vendor SOA reconciliation, along with strong Excel and ERP system skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle invoice receipt, booking, and follow-up for approvals and payments.
Maintain and update the P2P tracker to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Perform vendor account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
Support documentation and filing of payment vouchers and supplier communications.
Assist finance team with basic accounting and administrative coordination tasks.
Liaise with internal teams and vendors for smooth process flow.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration.
2-4 years of experience in admin or accounting support roles, preferably in P2P.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas).
Working knowledge of ERP systems (MS Dynamics, SAP, or equivalent).
Good communication skills; Arabic proficiency preferred.
Available to join within 1-2 weeks.
