to support our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, assisting the sales & leasing team, and ensuring smooth office operations. Real estate industry experience will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination.
Maintain and organize property-related documents (title deeds, tenancy contracts, NOCs, etc.).
Support agents with documentation for property deals, leasing, and sales agreements.
Upload and update property listings on CRM systems and real estate portals (e.g., Dubizzle, Bayut).
Handle basic RERA/Trakheesi documentation and coordination (if UAE-based).
Maintain and update databases of clients, tenants, and properties.
Coordinate property viewings, client meetings, and follow-ups.
Assist with reception duties, answering calls, and handling inquiries.
Support basic HR and finance tasks such as employee file management and commission tracking.
Ensure all administrative processes follow company procedures and compliance standards.
