Job Description

Looking for a Female Admin cum receptionist who can work in a Real Estate based company and carryout all the Admin and Reception tasks with multi-tasking capability. Receptionist / Admin Assistant Job Responsibilities - Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Maintains security and telecommunications system.
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
- Operates telecommunication system by following manufacturer\xe2\x80\x99s instructions for house phone and console operation.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Handling administrative requests and queries from Office Manager
- Organizing and scheduling appointments with admin software
- Planning meetings and taking details minutes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
