Admin cum HR assistant

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin cum HR assistant to join our team in Dubai.
Fresher who has experience from their home country are welcome to apply.
Develop and maintain an organized filing system to securely store essential and confidential company documents.
Track the validity of key documents such as trade licenses, vehicle registrations, and tenancy agreements, ensuring timely renewal by preparing all required paperwork.
Oversee general office organization and manage proper documentation and record-keeping structures.
Keep company databases and employee personnel files current and well-structured.
Generate various reports as required, summarizing relevant information for management.
Support payroll processing by monitoring attendance, tracking leave balances, and updating additions or deductions.
Manage office supply inventory, place replenishment orders, and monitor usage.
Publish job postings on online platforms and assist with recruitment activities.
Handle visa procedures--including applications and cancellations--for employees (work permits, immigration processes, etc.).
Draft memos, emails, and official correspondence for company use.
Process applications for trade licenses, immigration cards, tenancy contracts, and related government documents.
Assist with onboarding new employees and updating their records in the system.
Provide support for internal and external HR queries and requests related to management decisions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
Excellent communication skills--written and verbal.
Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or HR support roles from home country.
Strong knowledge of office administration, document control, and filing systems.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in payroll support, attendance tracking, and employee records management is a plus.
