HR Admin cum HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the HR department Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes Support day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement activities Coordinate meetings, interviews, and training sessions Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department Prepare HR reports, letters, and employment documents Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication Handle payroll processing, including attendance tracking and salary computation Manage visa applications and renewals for local and foreign staff. Liaise with government agencies to ensure compliance with labor and immigration laws.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Prior experience in HR or administrative role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) High level of discretion and confidentiality Organized, proactive, and able to multitask Experience in payroll processing is required Knowledge of visa/work permit processing is essential is a advantage.
