Create and manage shift schedules for blue-collar workers based on operational requirements.
Coordinate deployment of staff to sites, ensuring coverage and attendance.
Communicate daily assignments and updates to team leaders or supervisors.
Monitor attendance, leaves, and overtime; report discrepancies.
Assist in onboarding of new staff and ensure documentation is completed.
Liaise with site supervisors for performance and discipline updates.
Coordinate uniform and tool distribution when needed.
Maintain and update employee records (attendance, contracts, ID renewals, etc.).
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly manpower reports.
Support compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Respond to and resolve workforce-related issues (absenteeism, last-minute replacements, etc.).
Serve as a point of contact for blue-collar employees regarding HR or operational queries.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED4,500.00 per month
