Coordinate daily deployment and scheduling of blue-collar workers to client sites.
Ensure staff attendance, punctuality, and adherence to work schedules.
Act as the main point of contact between workers and clients to address operational needs and concerns.
Maintain updated records of employee assignments, site requirements, and labor availability.
Monitor and report on staff performance, site feedback, and any incidents or issues.
Support onboarding processes including document collection, ID processing, and inductions.
Assist in accommodation and transport arrangements when required.
Ensure all staff are compliant with safety regulations and company policies.
Generate daily and weekly operational reports for internal tracking and client updates.
