Coordinate daily deployment of blue-collar workers to various job sites or shifts
Monitor attendance, manage shift schedules, and handle replacements or last-minute changes
Maintain updated manpower lists and duty rosters
Assign duties to staff based on job priorities and skill sets
Ensure workers understand their tasks and are equipped with the required tools or PPE
Maintain logs of daily operations, work completion, staff attendance, and incidents
Assist in preparing basic reports or summaries for internal use
Ensure field teams follow all safety and operational protocols
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED4,500.00 per month
