Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain vendor registrations and update supplier logs. Coordinate with suppliers for key services: medical, training, courier, attestation, travel, KSA visas, insurance. Prepare supplier job-cards and process payments (e.g., medical, insurance, rent-a-car, courier, telecom). Facilitate employee bank-account openings with local banks. Process WPS registrations for employees. Upload, organise and manage documentation in SharePoint; ensure archiving and security. Arrange hotel bookings for employees, clients and visitors. Coordinate transport arrangements for employees and official needs. Provide backup support for PRO and EOR functions when required. Take on additional tasks/ responsibilities as needed to support business operations.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong organisational and coordination ability Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint. Knowledge of supplier management and documentation workflows. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly. Effective communication and follow-up skills. Flexible and able to support multiple functional areas.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED4,500.00 per month
