Job Responsibilities:
Handle correspondence, emails, and official communications in Arabic and English.
Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
Assist management in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
Prepare reports, presentations, and office documents as required.
Coordinate with internal departments and external clients.
Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and provide support to visitors.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Perform any additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in administrative roles.
Must be currently available in Qatar.
Should be able to join immediately.
Strong organizational and communication skills preferred.
