Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Admin to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English and able to handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence.
Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
Prepare and format reports, letters, and documents.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
Assist management with daily administrative tasks and follow-ups.
Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Support general office operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an admin or similar role.
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) - mandatory.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
