Position: Accreditation Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi (Only candidates currently based in Abu Dhabi will be considered)
Contract Duration: 2 January 2026 - 15 January 2026
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accreditation Manager to lead accreditation operations for a prestigious international equestrian sporting event
Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete accreditation lifecycle for all event stakeholders, including athletes, officials, teams, media, staff, sponsors, and suppliers.
• Design and implement accreditation procedures, access levels, and credential policies aligned with security and operational requirements.
• Oversee accreditation systems, databases, and on-site credential production.
• Coordinate closely with security, operations, protocol, and venue teams to ensure seamless access control.
• Supervise accreditation staff and temporary personnel, including scheduling and on-site management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all accreditation-related matters before and during the event.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with established accreditation standards.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience managing accreditation for international sporting events, equestrian competitions, or large-scale live events.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, live-event environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accreditation platforms and data management systems.
