WestEast Living is a boutique interior design and fit-out company based in Dubai. We specialize in delivering high-quality, tailored interior, exterior & structure as well as landscaping solutions for residential and commercial spaces. We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts and Administrative Coordinator to support our operations and finance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting and Billing
Prepare and issue invoices to clients
Track and follow up on payments and outstanding receivables
Manage vendor bills and record expenses
Organize and maintain accurate financial records
Assist in preparing financial data for submission to external accounting partners
Support monthly reconciliation and VAT documentation
Administrative Support
Coordinate meetings and appointments for management and project teams
Maintain organized records of contracts, quotations, and project documentation
Communicate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients when necessary
Provide general administrative support across departments
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Previous experience in the interior design, fit-out, or construction industry is essential
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar
Basic understanding of UAE VAT regulations and accounting practices
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
