Job Purpose:
We are looking for a skilled Estimator cum Project Coordinator with a minimum of 2
year UAE experience
in theinterior fit-out, decor, or construction field.
The ideal candidate should be capable of handling BOQs, estimation, project coordination, procurement support, and site supervision while ensuring smooth communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
Estimation & BOQ Development
Review architectural, ID, and MEP drawings for accurate quantity take-offs. Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for interior fit-out projects, including materials, labor, and equipment costs. Ensure all quantities and specifications align with project requirements. Costing & Budget Analysis. Prepare cost estimates for tenders and internal budgeting. Analyze pricing for materials, manpower, and subcontract works. Support management in preparing detailed cost plans.
Tools & Software
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with CRM systems is an added advantage.
Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Trello, etc.) is preferred.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
Fluency in English (spoken & written) is required.
Working Conditions
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Work Days: Monday to Saturday
Work Type: Office-based with necessary site visits
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
