Job Description

Financial Data Entry & Recordkeeping



Input financial transactions into accounting software. Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, receipts, and expenses. File and organize financial documents for easy access and audit readiness.

Accounts Payable & Receivable



Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements. Prepare and issue customer invoices; follow up on outstanding receivables. Reconcile customer and supplier accounts regularly
Support accountants or finance managers during audits or financial reviews.

Office Management



Maintain office supplies and reorder stock as needed. Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems. Manage office equipment maintenance and liaise with service providers

Document Preparation



Draft and format letters, memos, reports, and spreadsheets. Ensure all outgoing correspondence is properly formatted and error-free.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

Education:

High school or equivalent (Required)
