Hundred Media is looking for an Accounts & Admin Assistant to support our Dubai branch operations. This role combines both accounting and administrative responsibilities under the supervision of the Finance Manager. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts receivable/payable, petty cash, and expense tracking
Assist with bank reconciliations and preparation of basic financial reports
Maintain office records and files (finance, HR, and admin-related)
Support HR documentation and employee record-keeping
Coordinate office requirements, suppliers, and staff support activities
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth branch operations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in accounts and/or administration preferred
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and financial reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of accounting software is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and problem-solving ability
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial and admin tasks
