Key Responsibilities
Accounting:
Post all accounting entries (sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journals).
Maintain ledgers, invoices, receipts, and financial records.
Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
Handle petty cash and daily expenses.
Assist with VAT calculations and filing.
Follow up on payments and vendor/customer reconciliations.
Support month-end and year-end closing.
Administration:
Manage files, documentation, and correspondence.
Handle scheduling, office organization, and administrative support.
Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
Prepare basic reports and letters.
Maintain office supplies and assist with procurement.
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1-3 years accounting/admin experience (UAE experience preferred).
Proficiency in
Tally ERP / Tally Prime
and MS Office.
Strong understanding of accounting principles.
Good communication skills (English required; Arabic a plus).
Organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills
Experience with VAT and UAE accounting practices.
Strong time-management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
