Job Description

Experience:

Practical experience in using

Zoho Books

accounting software

Duties and Responsibilities:



Manage

daily accounting operations

using

Zoho Books

, including entering invoices, expenses, and receipts. Prepare

monthly and annual financial reports

(Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement).

Reconcile bank accounts

and automate banking transactions integration with Zoho Books. Generate and issue

VAT-compliant tax invoices

and handle VAT processing through Zoho. Monitor

accounts receivable and payable

, and issue account statements for clients and vendors.

Coordinate inventory audits

and integrate stock data with the accounting system. Liaise with external auditors and provide all required data and reports for the

annual audit

. Prepare and present

financial performance reports

to management to support decision-making. Ensure

integration with other Zoho systems

, such as Zoho CRM and Zoho Inventory (if applicable). Maintain

compliance with financial policies

and both local and international accounting standards.

Technical Skills:



Advanced experience with

Zoho Books

(invoicing, tax configuration, reporting, bank feeds, recurring transactions). Good knowledge of

IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)

. Proficient in using

Excel and Google Sheets

. Familiarity with inventory management systems and system integration with accounting platforms.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

ACCOUNTANT: 3 years (Preferred)
Language:

English and Arabic (Preferred)
License/Certification:

* Driving license (Preferred)
