We are looking for a highly professional and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE, preferably within a chauffeur service or transportation company.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting
Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, and transactions
Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial management
Handle VAT filing, payroll, and bank reconciliations
Assist in financial forecasting, budget planning, and cash flow analysis
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and standards
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in UAE, ideally in a chauffeur or transport company
Proficient in QuickBooks and MS Excel
Strong knowledge of financial forecasting, cash flow management, and cost control
Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Minimum education: Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
