Job Description

We are a multi-sector organization operating across

hospitality (restaurants), beauty (women's salons), and facility maintenance services

. With a growing presence in the UAE, we are looking for a

detail-oriented and experienced Accountant

to manage and oversee our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting activities, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with UAE VAT regulations, and supporting budgeting and audit processes. The candidate must have

previous accounting experience in the UAE

and a strong understanding of local regulatory and financial practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Monitor and manage cash flow, accounts payable, and receivable Ensure compliance with

UAE VAT laws

and prepare timely VAT filings Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Coordinate with external auditors during audits Maintain accurate financial records and ensure documentation is up to date Support internal teams with financial insights and reporting Monitor financial transactions related to multiple business units (salon, restaurant, maintenance)

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Professional certifications like

ACCA, CPA, or CMA

are an advantage)

Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience in the UAE

Solid knowledge of

UAE VAT regulations

, financial reporting, and bookkeeping Proficiency in accounting software such as

Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books

, or

ERP systems

Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks across business sectors Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
