Job Description

IMMEDIATE HIRING - ACCOUNTANT



We are looking for an experienced and dedicated

Accountant

to join our team immediately.

Key Responsibilities:



Expert handling of

Tally Prime

software. Supervise and support accounting staff. Maintain and monitor

customer outstanding payments

and follow up for collections. Prepare

daily sales invoices

and

delivery notes

. Prepare and manage

Purchase Orders

and

Sales Orders

in Tally Prime. Enter

purchase invoices

and verify them against Local Purchase Orders. Control and manage

customer and creditor outstanding balances

. Prepare

monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)

. Handle all accounting entries including: Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Cash Management General Ledger Inventory Petty Cash Authorized to issue

credit notes

to customers where justified. Prepare and file

VAT returns

and upload details to the

FTA portal

.

Requirements:



Strong expertise in

Tally Prime

. Proven experience in full-cycle accounting. Good knowledge of

VAT regulations and FTA procedures

. Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.

Work Experience: 2 years of

UAE experience min. required

Skill:

Tally Prime Compulsory, MS Word, Excel, Outlook

Education:

Commerce Degree (B.COM)

Candidate located in Sharjah, Industrial Area 1.

Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
