Manage day-to-day accounting for construction projects
Project-wise accounting, cost tracking, and budget control
Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow forecasts
Monitor project expenses, subcontractor payments, and supplier invoices
Ensure timely VAT filing, compliance, and documentation as per UAE regulations
Coordinate with project/procurement/QS teams for cost verification
Support audits and maintain accurate financial records
Key Skills
Construction cost accounting and project billing
Accounting software:
Tally / ERP / similar systems
Understanding of contracts, variations, and payment certifications
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
