Job Description
This role involves:
Transaction Vouching and Verification:
Verifying primary source documents for legality, validity, and mathematical accuracy.
Confirming proper authorization of transactions.
Ensuring transactions are recorded in the correct accounts and periods.
Scrutinizing expenses for misstatements, omissions, or fraudulent entries.
Check proper bank evidence is attached and match transactions with BS.
Reconciliation and Reporting:
Performing regular Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
Executing Vendor/Supplier and Customer/Debtor Reconciliations.
Conducting Inter-branch and Intercompany Reconciliations.
Reconciling sub-ledgers with General Ledger control accounts.
Asset and Liability Assurance:
Verifying the existence, ownership, valuation, and presentation of assets and liabilities.
Checking for proper calculation of depreciation, amortization, and provisions.
Ensuring accurate and complete recording of all liabilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
