Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, journals, and ledgers.
Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in attendance, overtime, deductions, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice preparation and vendor payments.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and accounting standards.
Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors when required.
Maintain proper documentation and support smooth audit processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years experience as an Accountant, preferably within the UAE.
Strong payroll experience
(WPS processing, salary calculations, EOSB, leave encashment).
Solid knowledge of UAE labor law and payroll regulations.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems).
Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Salary: Negotiable and will be based on relevant experience within the UAE.
