Qate Manufacturing LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Accountant

to manage day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, be proactive in maintaining accurate records, and support the financial health and compliance of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle accounts payable and receivable functions Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Reconcile bank statements and accounts Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budgets Process payroll and ensure compliance with labor and tax regulations Support internal and external audits with proper documentation Manage VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE regulations Assist in preparing financial forecasts and cost analysis Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments on financial matters

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (preferably in manufacturing or trading industry) Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or ERP systems) Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication skills and ability to work independently Proficient in MS Excel and other Office applications
