Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized

Accountant / Administrative Assistant

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting accounting functions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain and organize both

digital and physical filing systems

, including policy binders, financial records, and meeting documentation. Perform general

office administration tasks

such as copying, scanning, document formatting, and calendar management. Provide guidance to clients in

completing forms and necessary documentation

accurately and efficiently.

Verify and update client information

to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal standards. Deliver a

high level of customer service

while handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing complaints professionally. Support

front desk operations

by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, sorting incoming mail, and managing appointments. Assist in

bookkeeping and accounting duties

, including data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking. Collaborate with team members to

prepare financial reports, statements, and reconciliations

as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS :



Associate's or Bachelor's degree in

Accounting, Finance, Business Administration

, or a related field (preferred).

1-3 years of experience

in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support. Proficient in

Microsoft Office Suite

(Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar). Strong

organizational and multitasking

abilities with keen attention to detail. Excellent

written and verbal communication

skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
