Key Responsibilities:
Record and review all accounting entries (purchases, sales, payments, receipts, and journal entries)
Perform monthly books closing and prepare related schedules
Reconcile bank accounts, suppliers, and customer ledgers
Follow up with customers for payment collection and account statements
Process employee payroll accurately and maintain related records
Prepare and maintain financial reports using Excel and accounting software
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience in trading/manufacturing/poultry industry.
Proficiency in MS Excel (data handling, pivot tables, formulas, and reporting)
Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems)
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
