Preparation of monthly Bank and Cash reconciliation statement of company.
Generated and presented monthly financial statements to Top management.
Performed monthly MIS report- Department wise & consolidated to the
management for their decision making.
Preparing and maintaining of Project cash flows. And presented periodic
reports comparing budgeted costs to actual costs.
Accurately documented all cash, credit, fixed assets, accrued expenses and
line of credit transactions. And maintained schedule for prepaid
expenses/Asset and depreciation entries.
Maintaining inter company accounts & reconciliation.
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping.
Maintain accounts payable/receivable and reconcile vendor and client accounts.
Prepare and review invoices, LPOs, and payment certificates.
Handle payroll processing, overtime calculations, and employee settlements.
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, cash flow, and budgets.
Manage bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger accuracy.
Ensure compliance with VAT regulations, filing, and documentation.
Monitor project costing, job-wise expenses, and revenue tracking.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
Support management with financial analysis for decision-making.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and UAE accounting standards.
