Maintain accurate general ledgers and financial records
Manage
intercompany transactions
, reconciliations, and settlements with two sister companies
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Process journal entries, reconciliations, and year-end closing activities
Oversee payroll, staff settlements, and reimbursements
Taxation & Compliance
Ensure compliance with
UAE VAT and corporate tax laws
Prepare and file VAT returns and assist with corporate tax submissions across group entities
Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and external stakeholders
Vendor & Purchasing Management
Manage
vendor accounts
, process supplier invoices, and reconcile statements
Oversee purchase orders, payment schedules, and vendor settlements
Negotiate with suppliers on terms, pricing, and credit facilities
Coordinate with procurement to optimize vendor performance and purchasing processes
Budgeting & Advisory
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow planning
Support management with financial insights for cost control and profitability
Implement and maintain internal controls across entities
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CA/ACCA preferred)
4-7 years of accounting experience in the UAE (mid-sized or group companies preferred)
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax compliance
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally, or ERP systems)
Experience in
intercompany accounting and vendor management
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
