Accountant duties include:
Preparing monthly and annual accounts
cost calculations
Processing employee expenses
Bank Reconciliation
Issuing Delivery notes and invoices
Issuing LPO and Negotiation of prices with suppliers
Coordination with production for timely deliveries
Transport Planning for Dispatch
Petty Cash Handling
Data Entry at all levels
Using digital systems to keep records and create payments.
Preparing and posting journals
Logging daily entries in accordance with accounting policy
Excellent attention to detail
Good time management
Strong commercial acumen
Good problem-solving skills.
Analytical thinking
Relationship building skills.
ERP Software Knowledge is must.
