About the Role

We're looking for a sharp and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day financials and support audit-ready documentation across our refurbishing and e-commerce operations. This role demands precision, discretion, and a systems-first mindset to keep our accounts clean, compliant, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

- Record and reconcile daily transactions across procurement, sales, and expenses

- Manage petty cash, bank reconciliations, and vendor payments

- Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow summaries

- Track asset purchases, depreciation, and inventory-related spend

- Maintain VAT documentation and liaise with auditors as needed

- Implement audit-ready filing systems and support compliance reviews

- Assist with cost control tracking and budget variance analysis

Requirements

- Familiarity with UAE VAT laws and basic regulatory filing

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation skills

- Ability to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality
