We are in need of an Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role involves handling budgets, audits, tax returns, and financial planning to support the financial health of the organization.
JOB RESPONSIILITIES:
* Prepare and examine financial records, statements, and reports.
* Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with regulations.
* Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
* Process invoices, payments, receipts, and payroll.
* Assist in budgeting and forecasting financial performance.
* Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws.
* Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
* Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision- making.
* Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable.
* Maintain proper documentation and support for all financial transactions.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
* BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and practices.
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP systems).
* Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
* Good organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
* Strong communication and reporting skills.
