Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Accountant
with strong skills in
Microsoft Excel
and accounting software (such as QuickBooks). The ideal candidate will assist in managing financial records, preparing reports, and supporting day-to-day finance operations.
Freshers with strong Excel skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and budgets.
Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling.
Use accounting software to manage invoices, payments, payroll, and ledgers.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Support audits and provide documentation as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an accountant or similar role.
Moderate to Advanced Excel skills
(e.g., VLOOKUP, formulas, SUMIF).
Proficiency in
accounting software
( QuickBooks 2019)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
