Job Title: Accountant Location: United Arab Emirates(Sharjah,Abudhabi and Dubai) Industry: Construction / Hospitality / Restaurants Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in UAE Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction(Marble), hospitality (hotels), and restaurant accounting, and be well-versed with UAE financial regulations . A valid UAE driving license is required for this role due to site visits and inter-branch coordination. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Oversee cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities for multiple business units. Maintain compliance with UAE VAT regulations and prepare periodic VAT filings. Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities as needed. Conduct cost control analysis specific to the construction, hospitality, and F&B sectors. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting. Monitor project and operational budgets; provide variance analysis and recommendations. Perform intercompany reconciliations and consolidation when required. Support procurement, payroll, and inventory control teams with financial data and insights. Travel between company sites and branches as required (must possess valid UAE driving license). Qualifications: BacheloraEUR(TM)s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or CMA is an advantage). Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in a similar role. Proven accounting experience in construction, hotels, and restaurant environments. Strong knowledge of UAE tax laws, accounting principles, and financial regulations. Proficient in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or ERP systems. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with financial reporting tools. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory. Preferred Skills: Multilingual abilities (Arabic, English, or Urdu) are an advantage.
