Key Responsibilities:
Generate and send invoices to customers in a timely manner.
Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collections and follow up on overdue payments.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Process and record payments received, ensuring accurate ledger maintenance.
Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports on aging receivables.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing or payment issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts receivable.
Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience of 5 Years in Accounts Receivable or a similar accounting role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in construction industry.
Knowledge of tax regulations and financial compliance.
