Filing of Accounts related documents
manage office correspondence, including email and phone calls.
Receivables:
Oversee the daily accounts receivables process.
Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payment.
Process and record customer payments, credits, and adjustments.
Reconcile accounts receivable discrepancies and resolve customer inquiries.
Prepare and send invoices, statements, and payment reminders to customers.
Perform month-end closing tasks, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
Collaborate with the sales team to resolve customer disputes and issues.
Ensure timely and accurate filing of UAE VAT returns
Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with regulatory requirements
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of VAT regulations and changes.
Requirements:
Candidate must be willing to relocate to Sharjah.
Experience in Zoho or similar software.
Minimum 2 years accounting experience in the construction field.
Fluent in spoken English and Hindi, enabling clear and effective communications
Proficiency in using Office and accounting software.
Ability to work independently and as part of the Team.
